  • Develop deeper connection between breath and movement

 

Each class is guided with attention to alignment, steady breathing, and inner awareness. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Hatha Yoga offers a safe and nurturing space to reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and cultivate inner peace. Every session gently concludes with a relaxation accompanied by the calming sounds of a singing bowl.
