The effects of sound healing with IASH Singing Bowls are profound. The body enters the “relaxation response” quickly and effortlessly, while the gentle sound massage harmonizes every cell. Throughout the session self-healing forces are activated, blockages and tension in both body and mind dissolve, leaving space for renewed energy and balance.

About
I am a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and IASH Sound Healing Therapist. I first discovered yoga more than15 years ago, when
I began practicing in the Himalayan Yoga Tradition inspired by the teachings of Swami Rama. From that moment, I felt a deep connection to the practice—not only for its physical benefits, but for the way it nurtures the mind and spirit.
I am deeply committed to Hatha Yoga, also regularly practicing and teaching pranayama and meditation techniques. I offer individual and group Sound Therapy sessions to promote deep relaxation and well-being, and I teach combined classes that blend Hatha Yoga with Sound Healing.
